Last Days

Today is my last day of classes. i am rejoicing in the fact that after 2:00 this afternoon i will be free of English 101 for the rest of my life. as i continue to ponder how great it is that summer is nearly upon us, i have come to the realization that i have one year of college under my belt. it came and went so quickly. i find it hard to believe that 1/4 of my college career is over (haha yeah right, i forgot i was an engineer for a second there... and by 1/4 i mean 1/5... or is it 1/6?). this past year has been incredibile, it has grown me in ways i never thought possible. i came into NCSU totally freaked out and feeling like i was lacking a bit of direction. i was nervous about everything, classes, roommates, dinning hall. Now i look at myself and i am amazed. i wonder, what did i have to be nervous about... i handled classes beautifully, aceing everything from Calc 3 to english (well maybe not physics, but i sure am trying). As far as roommates go, the good Lord has blessed me with the best. Jenn, i love you, i will miss our midnight talks as well as all the hilarious moments we have had (mostly you laughing at me). the rest of the girls in my suite are totally awesome too. Allison, you're just super cool. Erin, you are klutzy, and i love you. Liz (fatty to my right), what can i say, in you the Lord has blessed me with a wonderful friend. Oh yeah, and about the dining hall... i find myself looking forward to dinner at the "fount" with my girls and the 901 boys every night. i am so thankful for everyone i've met and everything ive learned this semester both in the classroom and out. i will miss all of you guys like crazy this summer. i'm not quite sure how i will fare with out you (especially you 901 boys ::wink wink::). Next year will bring a brand new semester, and i cant wait .
